Agenda for the Weekend
We are so excited to celebrate our special day with all of you! To ensure everyone has a wonderful time, we’ve put together a few friendly reminders and guidelines for the wedding party:

Rules for the Party

01. Respect and Courtesy: Our celebration will include people from all walks of life. Please be respectful and courteous to everyone you meet at the event.

02. Keep Civil: If you have a history with someone else at the party, please try to maintain a respectful distance. We’ll be planning group activities accordingly to help with this.

03. Know Your Limits: Be mindful of your energy and alcohol consumption. We want everyone to have fun, but please avoid situations that could lead to injury or worse.

04. Buddy System: If you’re hiking or exploring nature, follow the Scouts’ advice and always have a buddy with you. This is good practice even in town.

05. Smoking Etiquette: For our friends who enjoy smoking, please follow local laws and dispose of cigarette butts in proper receptacles to avoid public shaming.

06. Smoking Area: A designated smoking area will be set up away from children and main activities.

07. Respect Quiet Zones: We’ve booked an entire zone for the party. Please respect the quiet hours of Helen and the park outside of our designated area.

08. Family-Friendly Event: This is a family-friendly event, so please be mindful of your attire, language, and behavior. After 9:30 PM, we ask that children under 18-21 be taken to other areas.

09. Cabin Use: Cabins will be designated for bathroom usage for all attendees. Other than for drinks, bathroom, or snacks, please limit entry to the cabins to those who are staying in them. Do not enter a cabin without prior permission.

10. Fire Safety: Do not leave any sources of fire unattended, including fire pits, fireworks, and grills.
